Here to help.

Couples

Relationships can be both rewarding and distressing. Sometimes you argue, sometimes your needs aren’t getting met, and sometimes you just don’t feel heard or seen. When you’ve tried everything you can think of to get along and you still feel turmoil, someone who is on the side of your relationship can help. You can both feel heard.

Also experienced with couples engaging in nontraditional relationships and consensual nonmonogamy, such as kink/BDSM and polyamory.

Memory Issues & Caregiving

When a loved one has memory loss or other dementia & Alzheimer’s related issues, the toll can be devastating on everyone involved. Keeping the brain sharp is one thing, taking care of the caregiver is another thing. You are no good to your loved one if you’re no good to yourself.

Life Stages

As we grow and change throughout our lives, we are often challenged, and we sometimes stumble. Whether it’s transitioning to college or to an empty nest, it’s ok to need a little help. Maybe everything feels so overwhelming, you don’t know where to start. Maybe you’re just not sure what comes next. And maybe you just need someone to talk to.

Change can be scary, especially if we always assume it will be bad. But what if that change is actually good?

Trauma

Traumatic experiences can be much farther-reaching than you think. Trauma responses can mess with your sleep, distract you, overwhelm you, send your anxiety shooting through the roof. But it doesn’t have to stop you anymore. Making sense of and processing the experience can help you get your life back.

I don't accept insurance, but I work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. They charge a 5% fee per claim and have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year. You can sign up using this link:

Note: Mentaya's goal is to save you time and money. It's completely optional, and as your therapist I do not benefit in any way from your participation.
